but the atmosphere changed as the clock strikes 10 p.m.
cycled bow t her house uphill and downhill.
all the way from cck ave 4 t limbang.
just t get her changed t running attire.
warm up done!
then went t meet iz and hanizah at ave 4,
where they have waited patiently for us.
Proceeded t fitness station for warm ups.
started running. paced hanizah while bow and iz was way off infront.
t my amazemet hanizah could run 1 km +++ without stopping.
and guess what?
running in jeans! amazing huh?
relaxed awhile then continued running w bow.
the other two sitting at playground.
sweat like mad la seii!!
cool down then chit chat awayy till around 1.30 a.m.
home sweet home!
