yayy!! started my gruesome diet.
official starting! hopefuly be 45 by june? must love the morning routine. -warm ups including: >300 push ups >300 situps >2km jog -cool down >300 pushups >300 situps >100 pullups!! ahhaha.. 45kg and 6 pacs here i come!! 8 kilos t shed!! |
